Alburnett Foundation's Horizon Awards Program

A unique opportunity to recognize outstanding community service and civic dedication in our school district.

The Alburnett Community School District Foundation will present up to three Horizon Awards at its annual gala held in March to recognize significant contributions to our community and/or school made by its citizens, school staff and students.

For more information about the program and how you can nominate an individual for this award, please see the Horizon Award Nomination Form.  Forms are also be available at the high school office.

Nominations must be mailed and postmarked by February 13, 2012 to be considered.
